Blockchain Developer

As part of our growth, we are seeking a
Blockchain Developer
to join our team of passionate technology experts. You will work on innovative blockchain projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deploy secure and high-performance blockchain solutions for our clients, in line with our commitment to quality and reliability.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and update software applications according to specifications from the analysis and design teams.
• Create installation guides and user manuals for the software.
• Address new feature requests, perform maintenance, and fix bugs in coordination with QA and development managers.
• Adhere to coding standards and guidelines during software creation or modifications.
• Diagnose and fix bugs identified during testing stages.
• Implement improvements based on code review feedback.
• Clearly document all stages of software development.
• Oversee and maintain the software development environment and tools.
• Utilize version control to monitor and manage code changes.
• Obtain approval from the development manager for any design changes.
• Work collaboratively with analysis, design, QA, and database teams.
• Investigate and suggest new tools, technologies, or best practices to enhance development processes.
• Keep current with technological advancements relevant to the job.
• Submit completed software for approval before testing.
• Provide regular updates on progress to the development manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements

• Fluent English skills at C1 level, excellent in both speaking and writing.
• Strong expertise in blockchain development, with experience on platforms like Ethereum and Tron preferred.
• Proficiency in programming, especially with C#.
• Good understanding of software tools, operating systems, and key programming principles.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
• Detail-focused and dedicated to high-quality output.
