Role Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various marketing operations across multiple regions, ensuring brand consistency, social media alignment, and effective collaboration between marketing and commercial teams. If you are a creative, organised, and results-driven professional, we want you to help shape our marketing efforts

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Access Management: Maintain and manage access to all company social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, etc.).
• Access Documentation: Organise and maintain a secure document with up-to-date records of all company social media credentials (emails, passwords, etc.).
• Account Consistency: Ensure all social media accounts are registered under a standardised company email, organised and stored in a central folder.
• Global Team Coordination: Conduct regular meetings with regional marketing teams (e.g., India, Korea, Africa, Japan, Turkey, Latam, Middle East, etc.) to align global strategies and initiatives.
• Reporting & Monitoring: Collect and compile regular performance reports from global marketing teams for review by the CCO.
• Brand Collaboration: Work closely with the branding teams to ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels.
• Promotional Coordination: Plan and coordinate joint promotional activities between commercial and marketing departments to maximize campaign impact.
• Content Quality Oversight: Monitor the quality, tone, and consistency of social media content and provide feedback or escalate issues to the CCO.
• Account Maintenance: Ensure all social media accounts are active, relevant, and regularly updated with fresh content.
• New Channel Creation: Create new regional social media channels when necessary, ensuring alignment with the company's brand and strategy.
• Cross-Team Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between internal marketing teams and external marketing agencies.
• Budget Management: Oversee marketing budget allocations, monitor expenses, and submit budget requests for approval to the CCO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 1 year of experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing within Financial Services, or a related role.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels.
• Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environment.
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
