Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an After Sales Service Specialist located in Limassol Municipality. The After Sales Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include follow-ups with clients, managing service schedules, and ensuring that all after-sales services are efficiently executed.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Problem-Solving and Complaint Resolution skills
  • Administrative and Coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in English, Greek ; proficiency in Russian is a must

Key Responsibilities:


• Act as the primary point of contact for clients after handover.


• Manage warranty and maintenance processes in a timely and professional manner.


• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.


• Maintain accurate records of all after-sales services.


• Ensure client satisfaction by providing clear communication and quality service.

Requirements:


• Previous experience in customer service, property management, or after-sales in real estate/construction.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.


• Fluency in English (Greek and/or Russian will be an advantage).


• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
