PSP Integration Specialist
to join their growing team in Limassol, Cyprus.

About the Role

The PSP Integration Specialist serves as a trusted technical partner for clients, ensuring maximum value is realized from the company's payment solutions.

This role blends technical expertise with a customer-first mindset to drive smooth integrations, resolve challenges, and identify opportunities for optimization.

By fostering strong relationships and providing hands-on guidance, the PSP Integration Specialist plays a key role in successful client onboarding, adoption, and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for merchants and partners during onboarding and integration.
  • Guide clients through API integrations, configuration, and testing of payment and cashier solutions.
  • Provide responsive technical support via live chat, email, and ticketing systems to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Deliver product training, share best practices, and offer hands-on technical guidance to merchants and PSP partners.
  • Collaborate closely with internal development and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor client integrations, identify performance gaps or adoption barriers, and recommend improvements.
  • Document common use cases, workflows, and integration solutions to enhance the client experience.
  • Manage client data and interactions within CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Conduct QA checks and integration validations to ensure high reliability and service quality.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in a technical support, integration, or implementation role within payments, PSP, acquiring, or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing flows, API integrations, and transaction lifecycles.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, Postman, and webhooks.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in ticketing systems and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple client integrations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
