Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive qualified traffic, enhance conversion rates, and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Google Ads and other paid platforms, with a strong understanding of the Forex/CFD industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and bid management to optimize ad performance.
  • Create and test compelling ad copy and A/B test landing pages to maximize CTR and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and manage PPC budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with campaign goals.
  • Provide regular reporting on spend, performance metrics.
  • Utilize advanced Google Ads features such as Smart Bidding, Audience Segments, and Ad Extensions to enhance campaign performance.
  • Set up and manage Display, Search, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns as required.
  • Leverage retargeting and remarketing strategies to re-engage potential clients and maximize customer acquisition.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools.
  • Generate actionable insights to refine targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns for optimal performance and ROI.
  • Work with the broader digital marketing team to ensure seamless integration of PPC campaigns with SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years managing PPC campaigns with a proven track record of success, ideally within the Forex or financial services industry.
  • Expertise in Google Ads (certification preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of PPC best practices, keyword research tools, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
