An ambitious digital media company is seeking a
Digital Marketing Specialist / Media Sales
professional to help grow its client portfolio and drive high-impact performance campaigns. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales and marketing, strong communication skills, and a data-driven mindset.

You'll work across lead generation, campaign analysis, client development, and sales strategy to ensure measurable results for advertisers. If you're commercially minded, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love working with data and people, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Contact potential advertisers and generate qualified leads
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Identify and test new campaign flows based on client needs
  • Grow accounts by uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Analyze campaign and marketing data for optimisation insights
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve results and conversion rates
  • Maintain strong client relationships while sourcing new business
  • Attend occasional conferences and events to represent the brand

All About You:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior experience in digital or performance marketing is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets and data tracking
  • Able to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Confident, self-driven, and results-oriented
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written); other languages are a bonus
