We're hiring a Direct Response Copywriter on a hybrid role in Nicosia, Cyprus.

What you will do:
Customer & market intelligence
- Get under the skin of our clients' customers—their fears, desires, and the exact words that make them say "yes."
- Analyze reviews, competitors, surveys, and trends to uncover the insights that fuel great copy.
- Turn strategy briefs into sharp hooks, fresh concepts, and breakthrough campaigns.
Copywriting across channels
- Write persuasive, conversion-driven copy for
landing pages, ads, email marketing, scripts, and more. - Collaborate with strategists, designers, and marketers so copy, creative, and strategy work in perfect harmony.
Measure, test & optimize
- Develop A/B test ideas—from subject lines to CTAs—and use performance data to iterate and improve.
- Keep your own swipe file of winning ideas, frameworks, and tested formulas.
- See feedback and metrics not as criticism, but as your secret weapon for growth.
What you need to bring:
- Flawless spoken and written English. (BIG BONUS if you are a native speaker) - Please do not apply for this role if you are not 100% confident in this.
- A portfolio that proves you can write copy that sells. Show us your best work—and the results it drove.
- Strong understanding of sales psychology, persuasion, and storytelling. You basically need to understand how to "market" a solution.
- Curiosity and research skills that help you find customer truths others miss.
- Hunger. You don't just want your copy to be "good enough." You want impact in real numbers.
