We are currently seeking an
Accountant
to join our talented team. Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.

Location
: Nicosia, Cyprus (hybrid)/Bucharest, Romania (hybrid).

Responsabilities:

• Preparation of day to day book keeping for the under responsibility in the ERP system.
• Responsible for the approval flow of all invoices through procurement system.
• Ensure that all relevant agreements are in place before processing any payment.
• Ensure accuracy of accounts payable and communicate with suppliers as might be needed.
• Propose and initiate improvements in the ERP as might be needed.
• Monitoring supplier costs and report variances over the period.
• Execution of payments in line with Group payment dates.
• Filing of all bills, bank statements, receipts and agreements.
• Building monthly cash planning and ensure that monthly money flow plan is followed and monitoring bank balances.
• Updating the payment reports for suppliers with classification by cost nature.
• Any ad-hoc projects might be requested.

Requirements:

• at least 3 -5 years experience in accounting
• previous experience in using ERP systems
• good with numbers and figures
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• well-organized and reliable
• excellent English skills
• good knowledge of Excel
• BSc/MSc in finance, accounting or relevant field
