As we scale, we're maturing our technical foundations, especially on the frontend. Our goal is to evolve our architecture, our engineering culture, and our product quality to support millions of interactions across our dating, social discovery, and relationship-tech products.

The role

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to take a hands-on, high-impact role in evolving our frontend ecosystem. This is not a position where you'll sit in meetings all day, you'll be inside the codebase, shaping direction, defining standards, and helping our team build scalable, maintainable, and modern frontend systems.

Our frontend team is small and collaborative, currently working with
Nuxt 3
after completing a major migration. They own the core application that's live in
18 countries
and continues to grow fast. We're now looking for a
Senior Frontend Developer
who can bring additional expertise, help refine our frontend direction, and support the team as we evolve our architecture and expand the product. You'll work closely with capable developers, contribute hands-on to the codebase, and help elevate our engineering practices as we scale.

What you will do:

• Help refine and optimize our
  Nuxt 3/4 frontend
  for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to key architectural and design decisions.
• Modernize and clean up legacy areas of the codebase.
• Introduce standards around testing, performance, documentation, and code reviews.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code every day, setting the bar for technical excellence.
• Improve performance, scalability, and reliability across our web applications.
• Implement new features in collaboration with product, backend, design, QA, and data teams.

Team Development

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to mid-level and junior developers.
• Help define engineering processes, workflows, and documentation.
• Support structured 1:1s, performance feedback, and skill development where needed.

What We Are Looking For:

• 4+ years of professional experience with experience is ideal, but strong experience in other modern frameworks is welcome.)
• Solid architectural understanding able to design sustainable, scalable frontend solutions.
• A hands-on mindset: you code, debug, own, and deliver.
• Strong knowledge of frontend–backend integration
  (REST, GraphQL, ).
• Comfortable giving structure, guidance, and leadership to less experienced engineers.
• Based in (or willing to relocate/work from)
  Limassol
  , with at least
  3 days/week
  in the office.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in
  high-traffic, performance-sensitive
  environments.
• Familiarity or experience with
  and Nuxt Layers.
• An eye for design quality or UX.
• Broader system-level or product-level architectural insight.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading engineers.
