We're a group of companies working in the online dating and affiliate marketing space. Our main product is live and growing fast across multiple countries. We are stable, profitable, and ready to scale properly.

We're now at the stage where our frontend needs to mature architecturally, technically, and organisationally. We're looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer who can take support and reinforce of this evolution.

This is not a "sit in meetings" type of role, it's a hands-on, high-impact position. You'll be in the codebase daily, helping shape the technical direction, setting high standards for quality, and working closely with the team to deliver well-crafted, scalable software.

The situation

Our software development teams consists of 8+ devs and the frontend team at the moment consists of 2 Frontend devs.

We just migrated from Nuxt 2 to Nuxt 3 and it's more than just a version bump. It's our chance to clean up, modernize, and set the right foundations for scaling globally. You will be working directly with decision makers and actively contribute to technical decisions.

What you'll do

  • Support and contribute directly to the Nuxt 2 → Nuxt 3 migration and related architectural upgrades.
  • Make and implement key frontend architecture and design decisions, you'll have real ownership here.
  • Write clean, tested, maintainable code every day and set the tone for technical quality.
  • Define and roll out development processes, documentation, testing routines, and code review standards.
  • Support and mentor the frontend team
  • Work closely with backend, QA, design, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Drive performance, scalability, and usability improvements across the product.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of professional experience with (ideally experience in Nuxt but we are open to candidates who have experience in other frameworks too).
  • Hands-on mindset; you code, debug, and deliver, not just direct.
  • Strong understanding of frontend-backend integration (REST, GraphQL, ).
  • Based in or willing to work from Limassol at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in high-traffic, performance-sensitive environments.
  • Existing experience with Nuxt.JS is a strong asset
  • An eye for UX or design quality.
  • Broader system or product architecture experience.
  • Experience leading or managing developers will be considered an asset
