Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide implementation and training of E-Soft ERP Solutions to the clients (Accounting - Stock Control - Payroll).

Provide continuous support to the company's clients through various channels such as phone, online/remotely, and on-side.

  • Assist clients' inquiries or issues related to our software functionalities and ensure each one is resolved effectively (such as accounts, inventory management, sales, purchases etc.).

Required Skills:

  • Degree in Economics, Accounting / Finance, Business or any other relevant field (or LCCI Higher Certificate).

Previous experience in the use of E-Soft or other similar ERP Solutions or Accounting Applications will be considered as an advantage.

  • Past work experience in an Audit or Accounting firm will be considered as an advantage.

  • Computer Literate and Knowledge of Microsoft office products.

  • Character & professional Integrity.

  • Fluent in Greek & English languages.

Καθήκοντα και ευθύνες:

  • Εφαρμογή και εκπαίδευση Λογισμικών Συστημάτων (Accounting-Stock-Payroll).
  • Αξιοποίηση των δυνατοτήτων του λογισμικού και αυτοματοποίηση επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών και αναγκών των πελατών μας.
  • Tηλεφωνική και διαδικτυακή υποστήριξη με σύνδεση (online support) των λογισμικών συστημάτων.

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Λογιστικής Ανώτατης Σχολής ή τουλάχιστο LCCI Higher.
  • Γνώση του ERP E-Soft ή οποιουδήποτε άλλου ERP συστήματος θα θεωρηθεί ως επιπρόσθετο προσόν.

Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε λογιστήριο ή σε ελεγκτικό γραφείο θα θεωρηθεί ως επιπρόσθετο προσόν.

  • Ακεραιότητα χαρακτήρα και επαγγελματισμός.

Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας.

  • Καλή γνώση ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών και MS Office.
