We're looking for a motivated and relationship-driven
Customer Success Manager
to join our Business Development team. In this role, you'll work closely with partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth cooperation, optimize performance, and drive long-term growth. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building partnerships in digital marketing - we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:

2+ years of experience in Account Management / Customer Success

Fluent English

Fluent Russian (Fluency in a any other language would be an advantage)

Strong communication skills and IT fluency

Experience is digital marketing would be considered an advantage

Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

Your Experience:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, as well as onboard new ones

Act as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration

Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and growth

Coordinate with internal teams to solve operational issues
