We're seeking a proactive and experienced HR Senior Associate to join our team at Everty. This role is key to supporting our employees and leadership by managing HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Greek employment laws, HR best practices, and experience in real estate or hospitality HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including leave management, attendance tracking, and employee records
  • Support recruitment efforts for urgent roles and oversee the onboarding process for new hires
  • Ensure HR policies are up-to-date, effectively communicated, and consistently applied
  • Maintain compliance with Greek employment laws and internal policies
  • Assist managers with performance review processes and employee development initiatives
  • Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs
  • Prepare HR reports and support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required); Master's degree (preferred)
  • 3–4 years of experience as an HR Senior Associate, HR Manager, or similar role
  • Proven experience in real estate or hospitality HR operations is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Greek employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience providing maternity cover or supporting similar HR functions is a plus
  • Professional fluency in English and the local language
