We are a fast-growing payment technology company delivering innovative solutions to global clients. To support our expansion and ensure the successful delivery of projects across the organization, we are seeking an

experienced Head of Project Management to lead and scale our project management function.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the Project Management team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all company projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Define and implement project management processes, standards, and best practices across the organization.  Monitor project timelines and resources, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with Product, Accounts, Operations, and other departments to ensure seamless cross-functional project execution.

Establish reporting frameworks and KPIs to track project performance, efficiency, and outcomes.  Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery and operational efficiency.

Act as a senior escalation point for critical project issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum
3+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role
in project management, ideally within

payments, fintech, or iGaming.

Proven experience leading and scaling project management teams.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools.  Excellent organizational, strategic planning, and analytical skills.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Residing in Cyprus
or willing to relocate.

Fluency in English
(written and spoken).

Russian language skills
– desirable but not mandatory.
