These events typically feature conferences, exhibitions, networking sessions, panel discussions, keynote speeches, and various other activities aimed at facilitating knowledge sharing, business networking, and collaboration within the industry.

SiGMA events have gained recognition and popularity within the iGaming and tech communities, attracting a diverse range of participants, including operators, affiliates, regulators, suppliers, investors, and service providers. The events provide a platform for industry professionals to showcase their products, services, and expertise, as well as to foster meaningful connections and partnerships in a dynamic and engaging environment.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Head of Design located in Limassol. As a Head of Design you will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction and branding initiatives of our clients. You will collaborate with designers and other creatives to develop graphics and ensure the implementation of a cohesive creative strategy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing the design team and aiding in their development as needed.
  2. Promoting a design-centric mindset throughout the organization.
  3. Spearheading the development of design concepts and creative outputs.
  4. Taking charge of managing design and creative aspects of projects and serving as the primary contact for brand collaborations and creative endeavors.
  5. Formulating creative strategies and design concepts that align with the organization's goals and enhance our brand and proposition strategy.
  6. Cultivating productivity and continually enhancing the production capabilities of the design team.
  7. Ensuring timely delivery of design and creative projects.
  8. Collaborating with internal teams to generate ideas for pitches and proposals.
  9. Maintaining quality control over design outputs and production.
  10. Establishing and refining best practices with the design and creative team.
  11. Collaborating with colleagues to execute projects and meet deadlines.
  12. Acting as the main point of contact for coordinating with videographers and photographers.
  13. Creating assets required for the Product and Marketing teams.

Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated experience as a Head of Design or in a similar creative role.
  2. A robust portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
  3. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Creative thinking and innovation in addressing design challenges.
  7. Capacity to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  8. Strong conceptualization and problem-solving abilities.
