MANDYNAMIC is seeking Floor Managers on behalf of  well known Chain Restaurants in Limassol, Cyprus. Candidates should have a positive attitude, responsibility and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the floor staff, including waitstaff, bartenders, and hosts.
  • Ensure that all areas of the floor are adequately staffed and well-organized.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the floor.
  • Oversee the reservation system to efficiently manage guest seating and optimize capacity.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests.
  • Continuously train and develop floor staff to maintain high levels of customer service.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Customer Service Enthusiast
  • Team Player
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Fluent in English and/or Greek
  • Any other language will be considered an advantage
