Ertle Ltd
is an International Holding that is launching a Real Estate Development Activity on Cyprus and therefore is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Real Estate Development Manager / Director to lead this activity.

This successful candidate will oversee the full development lifecycle for residential and commercial projects, working closely with external partners to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality project completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage real estate development projects from inception to completion, including acquisition, design, permitting, construction, and sale.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Oversee procurement and tendering processes for suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Identify and evaluate new project opportunities, conduct market research, and support the negotiation of land acquisitions.
  • Prepare and present business plans and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects adhere to environmental, health, and safety standards.
  • Manage project teams, delegate tasks, and resolve arising issues or disputes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and local communities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Engineering, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in real estate development, project management, or the construction industry on residential or commercial projects.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Greek is mandatory; Russian is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of the Cyprus property market and regulatory framework.
  • Results-oriented self-starter with strong analytical, leadership and team-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
