We're hiring an Associate Product Manager to work closely with our Head of Product - owning initiatives today and stepping into a Product Owner role within 9-12 months. This is a chance to grow into a leadership position while shaping tools used by financial institutions and investors across Greece and Cyprus.

The job

As an Associate Product Manager, you'll work alongside the Head of Product to help shape and deliver the tools our clients rely on. This is a hands-on learning role where you'll contribute to everything from research and requirements gathering to prototyping and product launches. You'll also experiment with modern tools like v0, Lovable to speed up prototyping and validation.

What you'll do

  • Own key product initiatives, aligning with the Head of Product to define priorities and drive delivery.
  • Translate customer and market insights into well-structured product requirements and user stories.
  • Lead discovery efforts with clients and internal teams to validate product opportunities.
  • Design and iterate on prototypes, user flows, and mockups using AI/no-code and design tools.
  • Manage testing, release planning, and post-launch monitoring to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Document rigorously: decisions, learnings, and metrics for cross-team clarity.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in product, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Curiosity about real estate, proptech, fintech, or SaaS.
  • Familiarity with AI/no-code design tools (v0, Lovable, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills in English (Greek is a plus).
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn from product leadership.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
