What You'll Do

  • Provide
    timely, effective technical support
    via phone, email, and chat.

    transaction and integration issues
    on our payments platform.
  • Accurately
    log client interactions and resolutions
    in the support ticketing system.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the platform's
    features and functionality
    to deliver first-class assistance.
  • Collaborate with
    development and product teams
    to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Gather and communicate
    client feedback
    to drive continuous product improvement.
  • Monitor system alerts
    and proactively identify potential technical issues.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' experience in
    technical support or customer service

  • Proficiency with
    CRM and support ticketing systems
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    payment processing systems
    and related technologies.
  • Ability to
    read and interpret technical documentation and logs
