Programmatic Media Buyer

We're looking for a Programmatic Media Buyer who's ready to dive into the world of RTB, optimise campaigns across multiple platforms, and fuel growth through smart, strategic execution. What You'll Do
- Set up, optimise, and manage RTB/programmatic campaigns across multiple ad networks, utilising a wide variety of ad formats.
- Analyse performance data and apply ongoing optimisations to improve ROI, CPA, and conversion volume.
- Execute daily campaign management tasks, including bidding, pacing, creative rotation, and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign delivery and troubleshoot issues related to tracking, discrepancies, viewability, or brand safety.
- Build and test audience segments, targeting strategies, and creative variations.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure creatives align with campaign objectives.
- Prepare performance reports and share insights with the internal team.
- Stay current on programmatic trends, new targeting capabilities, and platform updates.
What We're Looking For
- 1 - 3+ years of hands-on programmatic buying experience.
- Experience working with at least one major ad network utilising ad formats including Banner, Native, Pre-roll, Push, and Pop-under.
- Proven experience in building, optimising, and scaling CPM/CPC programmatic buying campaigns.
- Strong understanding of RTB mechanics, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Experience with pixel implementation, tracking setups, and troubleshooting.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Understanding of A/B testing and creative performance analysis.
- Familiarity with brand safety, fraud prevention tools, and viewability standards.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
