Our Payment Gateway division connects businesses to a powerful network of acquiring banks, alternative payment methods (APMs), and FX solutions. By combining cutting-edge technology with a concierge-style service, we help merchants process payments seamlessly, scale into new markets, and optimize transaction costs.

The Role we are seeking a Payments Account Manager to join our Payment Gateway team. You will manage and grow relationships with merchants and partners after onboarding, ensuring they get maximum value from our solutions. Your goal is to retain, expand, and optimize each account by working closely with various teams in the organisation such as Tech, Support, or Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities· Own client relationships after onboarding, acting as their primary point of contact for all payment gateway needs.

· Drive retention and growth by promoting additional payment methods, regions, and partner solutions.

· Optimize performance by reviewing transaction data, identifying issues, and recommending improvements.

· Collaborate with various teams in the organisation such as Tech, Support, or Partnerships to ensure seamless service delivery.

· Stay ahead of trends in payments, acquiring, and APMs to recommend relevant solutions to clients.

· Manage partner relationships to ensure smooth integration of new banking and payment options.

· Track account KPIs and prepare reports on performance, opportunities, and challenges.

Requirements· Proven experience in account management within the payments, fintech, PSP, acquiring, or gateway sector.

· Deep understanding of card acquiring, online payment flows, and APMs.

· Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

· Commercial mindset with a track record of upselling and expanding accounts.

· Analytical approach with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

· Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
