We're looking for an experienced
Delivery Manager/Project Manager
to drive efficiency and continuous process improvements in 2
teams working closely with each other, up to 10 professionals total.

You'll work side by side with Engineering Managers and two technical teams made up of system engineers, C++ backend and client developers, and deployment engineers. You'll keep delivery on track by managing risks and limitations, removing bottlenecks, simplifying processes, setting a steady work rhythm, and providing each team member with clear feedback on their delivery capabilities and soft skills, along with opportunities to improve them.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Proactively identify and mitigate delivery limitations and risks.
  • Track focus, blockers, scope shifts; react fast.
  • Provide actionable data on team results and velocity; launch delivery acceleration from the data.
  • Ensure each team process or policy is purpose-driven, applied on time, data-validated, feedback-refined, and simple.
  • Set and enforce the rhythm: planning, milestones, deadlines, grooming, reviews, retros.
  • Give timely, practical feedback on delivery capabilities and soft skills.
  • Organize performance-review activities.

The ideal candidate would:

  • Have 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Have a proven track record implementing Agile methodologies.
  • Have a proven track record in resolving delivery risks and issues.
  • Be able to propose and make data-driven decisions.
  • Have had success implementing task-tracking tools.
  • Demonstrate the ability to deliver constructive, actionable feedback consistently.
  • Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Show exceptional self-organization skills.

The following would be to your advantage:

  • English to B1 level.
  • PMI, PRINCE2 certification.
  • Experience in QA or Release Management.
