An international financial services group specializing in online trading and investment is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager (European Market) with solid CYSEC experience to join its Marketing team.
Its team of 10+ nationalities is based in Montenegro, Cyprus, and Israel, and we're seeking a proven professional who can bring leadership and deep expertise to European affiliate operations.

What Will You Do:

  • Lead affiliate and IB partnerships across European regulated markets

  • Drive acquisition and retention through structured affiliate deals and campaigns

  • Negotiate high-value agreements with top-tier partners across the region

  • Ensure compliance with CYSEC regulations in all affiliate activities

  • Work with cross-functional teams (compliance, marketing, product) to optimize campaigns

  • Represent the company in major European industry events and exhibitions

  • Mentor and guide junior affiliate managers within the team

Key Skills Required:

  • Senior-level experience in affiliate management within forex/crypto/financial services

  • Proven CYSEC market experience - mandatory

  • Native or fluent in one of the following: German (priority), Italian, or Scandinavian languages + Fluent English

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with high-value partners

  • Demonstrated history of delivering measurable results in European markets

  • Deep understanding of affiliate networks, compliance, and regulatory frameworks

  • Independent, proactive, and highly accountable professional

  • Ability to travel frequently within Europe for conferences and business development
