We are looking for a strong Marketing Producer to drive the launch and scale of new products within our RnD stream. This is not just a performance role — it's a key leadership position that influences everything from creatives and marketing funnels to the product itself.

What you'll do

  • Lead the marketing production of new products from idea stage to scale.
  • Build and test marketing hypotheses: creatives, offers, funnels, and product-market fit.
  • Manage and develop the user acquisition and creative teams.
  • Launch and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to drive user growth, retention, and ROI.
  • Analyze metrics, make data-driven decisions, and directly influence product and unit economics.
  • Implement automation and improve processes to increase team efficiency.
  • Maintain internal documentation: process descriptions, tasks, and briefs for internal teams.

What we expect

  • 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition with a focus on Facebook Ads and subscription-based B2C products.
  • Proven track record of independently managing and scaling large ad budgets (1M+ per month) with positive ROAS.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills — ability to see the big picture and drive the team forward.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Solid experience with Excel and analytics/attribution tools.
  • Experience implementing automation to optimize UA workflows.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
  • English proficiency B1+.
