Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and ROI. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in performance advertising, email marketing, CRM management, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing strong analytical skills, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate our brand and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Advertising Campaigns & Media Buying:

  • Plan, implement, and optimize performance-based advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Analyze and report on ad campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with media vendors to secure cost-effective ad placements.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and customer engagement sequences.
  • Segment and maintain email lists to ensure targeted messaging and high engagement rates.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) to refine future strategies.

Database Management & CRM:

  • Manage and optimize the customer database (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
  • Leverage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot,) to nurture leads, track customer behavior, and automate communications.

Partnerships & Strategic Alliances:

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage new partnerships and collaborations with relevant brands, influencers, and industry leaders.
  • Develop joint marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Track partnership success and ensure alignment with business goals.

Marketing Automation:

  • Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to increase lead generation and sales conversions.
  • Set up and maintain marketing funnels, nurturing campaigns, and customer journeys using automation tools.
  • Continuously test and optimize automated workflows to maximize efficiency and results.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Regularly analyze key marketing metrics, including traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Produce reports and dashboards to track campaign performance across channels.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Work closely with the creative, content, and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with overall business objectives.
  • Participate in strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital advertising, email marketing, media buying, CRM management, and marketing automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Expertise in email marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
  • Fluency in Russian & English (C1 or higher), both written and spoken.
