Role Overview

You will own marketing end-to-end across US & EU Tier-1 markets: GTM, positioning, acquisition via content/influencers, retention loops, community, analytics, and team building. You'll manage the current
Head of SMM
and
Influencer Manager
, hire future roles, and work directly with the founders and product.

What you'll do

  • Build and scale
    go-to-market
    for US/EU Tier-1; sharpen positioning and messaging.
  • Run
    acquisition
    via content and influencer programs; launch UGC, challenges, and creator collaborations.
  • Own the
    funnel
    : acquisition → onboarding → paywall → retention/reactivation; raise D1/D7/D30 and LTV.
  • Set marketing
    OKRs
    , manage budgets, track
    CAC/LTV/ROMI
    ; instrument analytics and dashboards.
  • Lead a
    growth roadmap
    ; drive HADI cycles from hypothesis to scale.
  • Grow a
    creator community
    and turn users into ambassadors; produce case studies and stories.
  • Partner with Product on
    onboarding, pricing, paywall, PMM assets
    .
  • Hire, coach, and (when needed) part ways with team members; manage agencies selectively.

Must-have Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in
    digital/growth/product marketing
    for
    B2C SaaS or AI products
    .
  • Proven launches into
    US/EU Tier-1
    markets.
  • Hands-on experience with
    creator/influencer mechanics
    , content funnels, and community-driven growth.
  • Data-driven operator: cohorts, retention, CAC/LTV, incrementality; able to design strategy
    and
    execute personally.
  • Excellent English (Upper-Intermediate+); strong editorial/visual taste; digital-native.

Nice to have

  • Early-stage/startup background (pre-A).
  • Working knowledge of
    Instagram/TikTok
    algorithms.
  • Familiarity with
    AI tools
    (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Opus, etc.).
