We are expanding in Southeast Asia and seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive business growth. This is a high-impact role for someone with a strong background in forex sales, capable of leading teams and executing strategies to support business growth.
As a Sales Director at Doo Group, You Will:
- Drive Business Growth
: Build and manage a high-value client portfolio, leveraging your industry expertise to uncover opportunities. - Lead and Inspire
: Recruit, mentor, and guide a team of Business Development Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Strategize for Success
: Develop forward-thinking strategies that elevate sales performance and expand market presence. - Collaborate Across Teams
: Work closely with marketing to design impactful campaigns and optimize lead conversions. - Champion Data-Driven Excellence
: Use analytics to refine sales processes and deliver measurable results.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales leadership, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Deep understanding of the forex industry, sales team needs, and client expectations.
- A track record of exceeding targets and building high-performing teams.
- Strategic vision paired with hands-on leadership skills.
- Expertise in business development and client acquisition.
- Proficiency with sales tools and data analysis for decision-making.
- Willingness to travel based on business needs
