Our company is a well-established digital marketing agency based in Limassol, operating within the iGaming and online entertainment sector. We focus on delivering innovative marketing solutions and building strong, long-term partnerships with our clients. We are now seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our finance team — someone who is eager to grow with us and become an integral part of our dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record and reconcile bank transactions on a regular basis.
  • Scrape data from relevant platforms to prepare and issue invoices to clients.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding outstanding invoices and overdue accounts.
  • Generate and maintain accounts receivable reports, including collection metrics and other financial insights for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, or a similar accounting function.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
  • Familiarity with automated invoicing tools or data scraping platforms.
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles and best practices in accounts receivable management.
