We are looking for a
Reconciliation Officer
to join our
Finance
team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in
maintaining accurate client money reconciliations and ensuring the integrity of financial data
, contributing to our continued growth and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about
financial analysis and reconciliation
in a global fintech environment.

What You'll Do

  • Reconcile client money on a daily basis
  • Prepare daily balance reports for all banks and PSPs
  • Produce monthly reports related to balances, losses, charges, and chargebacks
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly, liaising internally and externally as required
  • Provide management information from the Reconciliation Team
  • Organize your own workload and support the team's workload when needed

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in finance operations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Filtering/Sorting, COUNT, SUM, SUMIF, COUNTIF, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP, CRM, Methods Reconciliation software, and MT4 will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and produce accurate results
  • Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple parties
  • Ability to prioritize and perform efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
