Role Description

We are looking for a Reconciliation Officer with experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1) and MRS (Methodos Reconciliation System).

You will handle bookkeeping, daily client fund reconciliations, and general accounting tasks to ensure our financial records are accurate and up to date

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and reconcile all financial transactions in SAP B1.
  • Perform daily client fund reconciliations using MRS.
  • Reconcile bank and payment provider accounts daily and monthly.
  • Support month-end and year-end closings.
  • Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or reconciliation.
  • Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) and MRS — required.
  • Strong knowledge of reconciliations, especially client funds.
  • Good Excel and computer skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and good communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Experience in financial services, payments, or fintech.
  • Knowledge of multi-currency accounting.
