Summary:

. We are seeking a proficient Warehouse Manager who is fluent in both English and Greek to lead our operations in Limassol. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of warehouse management principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing warehouse processes, managing inventory, and leading a diverse team.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.

- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

- Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and quality goals.

- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and fulfill customer orders.

- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory, analyze data, and make informed decisions.

- Evaluate and improve warehouse processes to streamline operations and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

- Proficiency in both English and Greek languages (written and spoken).

- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and developing teams.

- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics principles.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience implementing process improvements and lean methodologies is preferred.

- Relevant certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) are a plus.

- EU citizenship or eligibility to work in Cyprus.
