  • Manage all financial obligations and ensure timely processing and compliance.
  • PSP Reconciliation
  • Oversee the monitoring of debtor and creditor accounts
  • Oversee cash flow management and perform bank reconciliations
  • Oversee intercompany balances and manage intercompany transactions
  • Preparation of VAT, VIES reports on a quarterly basis
  • Responsible for all aspects of bookkeeping and accounting work.
  • Prepare profitability reports and cash flow budgets.
  • Execution of month-end procedures ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting records
  • Assist in the preparation of audited financial statements and liaise with external auditors when necessary
  • Preparation and payment of creditors, VAT, Social insurance contributions and government taxes
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations and company’s policies

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree in Accounting/Finance related field
  • A minimum 3 years of working experience in an accounting department
  • Experience in SAP accounting software
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
