Animaccord is seeking a Marketing Manager to be part of a team that sustains continuous development and growth of Masha and the Bear brand globally. This is a full-time role based in Animaccord’s Limassol office.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of marketing to develop and execute brand marketing strategy relating to company releases, including but not limited to content and consumer products.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns in partnership with the marketing team and other departments.
  • Lead internal and external briefings, manage implementation, and conduct post-campaign analysis and reporting, ensuring that insights are applied to future projects.
  • Handle day-to-day management of agency partners and internal cross-functional teams to build strong, trusted partnerships that drive continued innovation and effectiveness in campaigns.
  • Take charge of brand research and support strategy by evaluating market trends, integrating new audience studies and introducing support tools to external stakeholders. This involves commissioning research and agencies.
  • Proactively present marketing opportunities and provide long-term solutions to problems.
  • Initiate, identify, and create documents such as planning timelines and other brand communications, ensuring consistency.
  • Occasionally travel to exhibitions and partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of demonstrable Brand/Marketing management experience, ideal comes from the Entertainment/Kids & Family/Movie industry.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Ability to spot untapped opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Proactive, team player, multi-tasker, storyteller and communicator.
  • MS Office.
