Our client is an IT and digital solutions company operating across Europe. They are currently seeking a skilled Team Leader with a strong background in PSP and technical knowledge, with experience in fintech and/or iGaming companies, to join their team in Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
  • Work with PaymentIQ / Devcode and other payment aggregators.
  • Oversee the integration of payment methods/systems to PaymentIQ.
  • Generate, save, and set up the API key and secret key.
  • Configure routing and make changes (cascading).
  • Set up currency exchange configurations.
  • Monitor and analyze transaction errors.
  • Solve transaction-related problems.
  • Set up and manage callbacks.
  • Configure payment methods for new markets and brands.
  • Communicate with payment providers and PaymentIQ regarding payment-related queries.
  • Assist various departments with payment-related issues.
  • Interact with onboarding and technical teams.
  • Create and maintain Jira issues.
  • Set rules for the rotation of payment methods in line with customer requirements.
  • Prepare analytical reports on conversion and payment processing.
  • Test and monitor the operation of payment systems with the team.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations.
  • Show initiative and independence in problem-solving.
  • Take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing teams in fintech or iGaming companies.
  • Strong expertise in PSP, particularly with PaymentIQ / Devcode.
  • Solid technical knowledge of the fintech or iGaming sectors.
  • Experience working with Jira.
  • Understanding of integration and customization processes for payment solution providers.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of transaction flows and PSP terminology.
  • Proficiency in Chrome DevTools.
  • Intermediate level of English; Russian language skills are a plus.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with multilingual teams is beneficial.
  • Teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a meticulous approach.
  • Great interest and knowledge of the fintech industry and its regulations.
