Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Property Manager at Olymp Luxury Villas in Paphos, Cyprus. The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to property management, such as overseeing maintenance and repairs, handling tenant inquiries and concerns, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, conducting property inspections, and managing tenant lease agreements. The Assistant Property Manager will also assist with administrative tasks, financial management, and tenant relations.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in property management or a related field
  • Knowledge of local real estate regulations and laws
  • Proficiency in property management software
  • Customer service skills and ability to handle tenant inquiries
  • Basic accounting and financial management knowledge
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, hospitality real estate, or related field.
