Notix.Games is actively looking for an Office Manager

We are a technology-based business offering cutting-edge online gaming solutions, delivering engaging and entertaining gaming experiences to satisfy the needs of both operators and players.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and organization of office work, maintaining comfortable conditions for employees;
  • Office management, documentation and archiving;
  • Organization of meetings, negotiations and business trips, including booking tickets and hotels;
  • Conducting internal and external correspondence in Greek and English;
  • Work with suppliers: ordering office supplies, monitoring the implementation of contracts;
  • Participation in the preparation and organization of corporate events;
  • Ensuring timely transfer of information between company departments;
  • Maintaining reports and monitoring the office budget.

Requirements:

  • Russian - C1, Greek and English - B2;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Higher education, preferably in management, economics or linguistics;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Confident use of office software (MS Office, Google Workspace);
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change;
  • Attention to detail, responsibility and diligence.

It will be a plus:

  • Experience working in IT companies or in an international environment;
  • Knowledge of additional languages ​​will be a plus;
  • Skills in working with CRM systems and databases.
