Job Description

We're in need of an Office Manager to handle administration duties and office procedures. Your role is crucial in maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring efficiency, communication, and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the focal point for office management, including:
  1. Maintenance
  2. Mailing
  3. Supplies
  4. Equipment
  5. Bills
  6. Errands
  7. Shopping
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Manage office layout, stationery, and equipment orders
  • Oversee office condition and necessary repairs
  • Collaborate with HR on updating office policies
  • Organize office procedures
  • Work with IT department on office equipment
  • Ensure timely invoicing and payments
  • Handle contract negotiations with vendors and service providers
  • Manage office budget and reporting
  • Offer support to visitors
  • Assist in new hires onboarding
  • Address employee queries on office management
  • Coordinate with facility management vendors
  • Plan office activities and events

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience in office management
  • Familiarity with office procedures and systems
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
  • Hands-on experience with office machines
  • Knowledge of email scheduling tools
  • Good time management and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Creative thinking for process improvements
  • High School degree; additional qualifications are a plus
