Payment Operations Specialist required to manage daily processes and procedures related to payment service providers, working with banks, acquirers, and online payments service providers, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and performing analytical tasks.

Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage daily processes and procedures related to payment service providers.
    • Work directly with banks, acquirers, and online payments service providers.
    • Assist with onboarding new payment service providers in different countries.
    • Support Sales, Customer Support, and Payments Processing teams with daily questions.
    • Manage multiple analytical tasks and projects simultaneously.
    • Ensure accurate and timely payments, complying with Standard Operation Procedures.
    • Perform competitors' research for new payment service providers.
    • Create and maintain a database related to payment service provider information.
    • Support the Head of Payments Operations in ad-hoc projects.
  • Candidate Profile:
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in a payments department in the financial industry.
    • Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite.
    • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to perform data input activities quickly and accurately.
    • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
    • Good organizational and prioritization skills.
    • Able to work in a dynamic environment.
