Exciting Opportunity for a Retention Sales Agent in Limassol, Cyprus, Focused on the German Market

Join our client's team and play a vital role in connecting clients with the FX market. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the bridge between clients and the FX market.
  • Providing market trends and insights to clients.
  • Assisting clients with trading queries and available instruments.
  • Training new clients on trading platforms and tools.
  • Conducting meetings to educate clients on technical and fundamental analysis.
  • Keeping clients informed with regular market updates.
  • Understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client for tailored support.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of financial markets technically and fundamentally.
  • Ensuring prompt follow-up on all client interactions.
  • Driving client acquisition, retention, and reactivation efforts.
  • Meeting monthly targets.

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Capability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • At least 1 year of sales and retention experience in the Forex industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record in sales and retention.
