Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Interacting with customers via live chat and emails.
- Maintaining a responsive and empathetic approach with customers.
- Addressing and resolving customer issues and inquiries.
- Staying updated on product features, promotions, and operations.
- Escalating complex customer concerns to relevant departments.
- Conducting initial investigations on inquiries and problems.
- Operating on a 3-shift rotation schedule (Monday-Friday).
Experience and qualifications:
- High proficiency in written and verbal English and French.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective engagement and teamwork.
- Solid computer literacy and fast typing abilities.
- Capability to excel in a multitasking environment.
- Prior experience in online customer support is advantageous.
