Job Description & Responsibilities:
Communication with customers through live chat and e-mails.Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers.Acknowledge and resolve customers' issues and queries.Keeping up to date with products terms, offers and functions.Report and escalate advanced customer queries to the relevant departments.Perform first-step investigations on queries and issues.3 shift based role (Monday-Friday).Experience and qualifications:
Proficiency in both written and verbal English, with excellent language skills.Proficiency in both written and verbal French, with excellent language skills.Strong communication abilities, enabling effective interaction and collaboration.Solid computer literacy and adept typing skills.Ability to perform effectively within a multitasking work environment.Previous experience in online customer support will be considered a big plus.What we offer:
