  • Maintain accurate and organised bookkeeping documentation.
  • Participate in drafting legal documents, such as loan agreements, debt assignments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on monthly basis.
  • Reconcile creditors, debtors and group intercompany balances on monthly/ quarterly basis.
  • Manage financial records and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Process month-end close processes and produce monthly financial statements (including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements) and monthly management reports (including budget versus actual).
  • Oversee computation of taxes, preparation of tax returns, and ensure prompt payment.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during audits.
  • Process payments of invoices and other expenses.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information to assist in preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Direct reporting to CFO.
  • Communicate regularly with Financial Director to provide updates on financial status, upcoming reporting deadlines and any discrepancies.
  • Assist with collection of KYC documents in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up to date with changes in reporting regulations and best practises. CANDIDATE PROFILE
    • Good knowledge of English language with Russian being advantageous.
    • Certified Accountant or almost qualified (CPA, ACCA) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
    • Proficiency in accounting software such as E-Soft, Xero.
    • Knowledge of Excel.
    • Experience in budgeting is a plus.
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
