International Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales representative to join our team. As an international sales representative, you will be responsible for engaging with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To proactively engage with players and promote our entertainment offering through daily outbound calls and follow-ups.
  • Assisting new and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying our products.
  • Promoting our site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offering.
  • Working closely with the team leader to understand and meet all targets.
  • Collaborating with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support.

Requirements:

  • An energetic passion for customer service and sales.
  • A comfort in striking up conversations and confidently promoting our sites, products, and promotions.
  • A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis.
  • Bilingual or native level of Czech or Slovak and fluent in English.
  • An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry.
  • Target-oriented and driven by achieving goals.
