Remote Tech Recruitment Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the tech recruitment sector, focusing on identifying and connecting top talent with leading employers across Cyprus.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technology positions across diverse sectors, engaging with Cyprus's thriving tech community.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience as a Tech Recruiter (agency or in-house), with a strong understanding of technology roles and market trends.

Key requirements include exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English (Greek beneficial but not essential), and residing in Cyprus.

Salary and Benefits

A base salary plus performance-related sales commissions is offered. Flexible working hours are available, with regular team events and additional days off during the Christmas break.

Ongoing training to sharpen your recruitment skills and career growth opportunities are also available.
