Job Role

As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable, ensuring accurate financial transactions and reporting.

  • Maintain complete sets of financial records, prepare journal entries and post data to ensure accounting accuracy.
  • Reconcile bank statements, assist in preparation of working papers and review vendor balances to support financial statement preparation.
  • Process payments and verify supporting documentation, ensuring proper approvals.
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, including utilities, government related taxes and fees, employees' credit cards and expense claims.
Requirements

You have:

  • 1-2 years experience in accounts payable department.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to maintain complex spreadsheets.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
