Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Fund Accounting Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of fund accountants, ensuring they have the necessary training, engagement and efficiency to achieve organizational goals. They will also partner with investment managers, brokers and auditors to resolve daily operational issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the accuracy of client deliverables while adhering to service level agreements.
  • Managing the audit process, including preparing financial statements or reviewing them if prepared by others.
  • Ensuring all processes are performed in accordance with operational controls and relevant checklists are completed.
  • Billing and collecting fees in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • University degree in finance or accounting.
  • At least 4 years of experience in accounting, including management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of the fund administration industry and financial instruments.
  • Working knowledge of Bloomberg is beneficial but not required.
