
Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative

Looking for a dynamic and customer-focused role where you can utilize your Polish language skills to deliver exceptional support to clients?
We are seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about customer service and problem-solving, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will be native in Polish, fluent in English, and have a strong client-first mindset. Experience in customer service or financial institutions is preferred but not required.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support to clients via live chat, email, and phone in both English and Polish.
- Assess customer needs and deliver effective solutions with a professional and proactive approach.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to business growth.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive well-rounded and accurate responses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native in Polish and fluent in English (additional Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).
- Passionate about customer service and problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Eager to learn about financial markets, forex, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.
- Team-oriented and open to collaboration in a multicultural environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and tech proficiency (MS Office).
