Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job OverviewAs a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients worldwide. This includes assisting customers with complaints and questions, providing information about products and services, taking orders, and processing returns.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work efficiently under pressure. You will also need to have a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to work rotational shifts from 09:00 to 18:00 and 10:00 to 19:00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients through live support and handle customer requests via chat and email in multiple languages.
- Answer emails, assist with opening client accounts, amend existing accounts, maintain client records.
- Handle back office queries.
- Support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues.
- Report to management.
- Deal with all departments to resolve issues.
- Provide support and troubleshooting on Libertex and MT4 Trading Platforms.
- Liaise with Compliance Officers regarding complaints and approval of accounts.
- Provide relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for becoming a client.
- Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensure high-level service is provided.
- Promote available products and services to clients.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Contribute to team effort by achieving targeted results.
- Assist with other duties as needed from time to time.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Degree in Business Studies or any related field.
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered a major advantage.
- Excellent command of Italian and English language is a must. Knowledge of any other languages will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word).
- Knowledge of MetaTrader platforms will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work rotational shifts from 09:00 to 18:00 and 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to cover until 21:00 if needed in the future.
