Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our remote support team as a Global Gaming Support Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers via email, chat, phone, and social media. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Turkish (C1+) and English (B2+). You should also be based in one of the following countries: Bulgaria, Cyprus, or Greece.

In addition to providing top-notch customer service, you will also be responsible for learning new systems and adapting quickly to new technologies. You should be comfortable working independently with a reliable home setup and be able to manage your time effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Turkish (C1+) and English (B2+).
  • Based in one of the following countries: Bulgaria, Cyprus, or Greece.
  • Genuine interest in technology and e-commerce.
  • Ability to learn new systems and adapt quickly.
  • Comfortable working independently with a reliable home setup.
