At Grow-Talent.com, we are working with a leading financial services company that is seeking a highly skilled Conversion Specialist to join their team in Limassol, Cyprus.

Salary: The successful candidate can expect a competitive base salary of approximately €40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this position will be to promote the company's products and services, develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to influence and persuade others effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the company's products and services to prospective and existing clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers through effective sales strategies
  • Increase opportunities for future sales by building trust and credibility with clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure clients receive the highest level of service at all times
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments to remain knowledgeable and informed

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Spanish speaker, both oral and written; fluency in English (at least B2 level) is also required
  • Previous experience in phone-based sales, from any industry
  • No previous Forex experience necessary
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a conversion-focused role within a similar industry or environment
  • Excellent customer service orientation, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets, motivated by performance metrics
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
  • Computer literate and proficient in basic office software
